1. Digital Guides

All digital guide purchases are non-refundable.
Once your order is confirmed, a download link is automatically emailed to you. Because the product is delivered instantly and contains digital content, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Coaching Plans

All coaching plan purchases are generally non-refundable, as they involve time, planning, and personalised programming.
However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of RecompX.

If you believe there has been an issue with your purchase or you’re unable to access your plan, please contact us through our Contact Page or email info@recompx.com. We’ll review your situation and do our best to resolve it promptly.

3. Payment Methods and Disputes

Payments made through Clearpay, Klarna, or other third-party providers are governed by their individual refund and dispute policies. Any instalment or payment-related issues should be directed to the relevant payment provider.

4. Unauthorised Use or Resale

All RecompX materials, including guides and coaching content, are for personal use only.
Purchases may not be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed. Any unauthorised use will result in termination of access and may lead to further action.
